What we collect

• Contact, waitlist and order details: name, email, region, order information and messages you send us.
• Personalization details: names, dates and text you choose to print.
• Try-On photos (when available): images you choose to upload to preview products.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the website. Your style preferences may be stored in a cookie on your own device.

Photos used for Try-On

We process photos only with your explicit consent and only to create your preview and design suggestions. Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, are never sold, and are never used to identify you. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.

How we use your data

To provide our services and fulfil orders (contract), respond to enquiries and improve our services (legitimate interests), send emails you asked for (consent), and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, AI processing, print and shipping partners, and email delivery — under appropriate agreements. Some providers are located outside your country (for example in the United States); where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, Australia and US states such as California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Retention

Try-On photos: 30 days. Enquiries and waitlist data: up to 24 months. Order records: as long as required by law.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
