Tasea’s Shipping Policy

Hey Tasea fans! We’re super excited to get your awesome new clothes to you. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

Getting Your Order Ready

We work hard to get your clothes ready fast! It usually takes 2-4 days to prepare your order. Once it’s on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can watch its journey to you!

Shipping to You

Right now, we can only ship within the USA (sorry, we can’t ship to military bases or Hawaii yet). Here’s what you need to know:

• Shipping cost: $5.99

• How long it takes:

–  USA : Usually 5-8 days

–  Vietnam: Usually 2-4 days

–  Global: Usually 5-10 days

Remember, during busy times (like holidays), it might take a little longer.

Important Stuff to Know

• We don’t charge tax on your order, but your state might when the package arrives.

• Double-check your address when you order! If there’s a mistake, we might not be able to fix it if your package has already left.

• If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we’ll give you a full refund.

What If There’s a Problem?

• Can’t find your package? Check around your house first – it might be hiding!

• Still can’t find it? Contact the shipping company (we’ll give you their info in the tracking email).

• If you need more help, email us at [email protected]. We’ll get back to you within 12 hours.

Remember:

• We can only ship to one address per order. • We’re not responsible for any extra fees your state might charge when the package arrives. • If you refuse the package or it can’t be delivered after a few tries, we might have to cancel your order and can’t give a refund.
