Tasea’s Return and Refund Policy

Hey Tasea friends! We want you to be super happy with your new clothes. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! Here’s what you need to know:

Oops, I Need to Cancel My Order!

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Just email us at [email protected]. But hurry – after 6 hours, your awesome clothes might already be on their way to you!

Something’s Not Right with My Order…

If your Tasea clothes aren’t perfect when they arrive, let us know within 30 days. We’ll help if:

• Your clothes are damaged or broken.

• We sent the wrong size or design.

• The clothes look different from what you ordered.

How to Return Your Clothes

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Tell us your order number and what’s wrong
  3. Send us a picture if you can
  4. We’ll give you an address to send the clothes back to
  5. Pack your clothes carefully and send them back
  6. Let us know the tracking number

Important Stuff to Remember

• Please don’t wear, wash, or change the clothes you’re returning

• Keep the tags on and use the original packaging

• You’ll need to pay for shipping the clothes back to us (sorry!)

• We can’t give refunds for clothes returned after 30 days

Getting Your Money Back

Once we get your returned clothes, we’ll check them out. If everything’s okay, we’ll refund your money within 2-3 days. It might take another 7-10 days to show up in your bank account.
